Rudy Go has over three decades of leadership and lean consulting at Connek, Shingijutsu USA and at Pratt & Whitney / United Technologies. He has provided training and consulting to various organizations in the following areas: Hoshin Kanri (Policy Deployment), Organizational Transformation/Restructuring, Administrative and Manufacturing Lean Implementation applying various lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Standardized Work for associates and leaders, 5S/Visual Workplace, Production Preparation Process (3P), Total Productive Management, Theory of Constraints (TOC). Equally “hands on” in quality improvement, problem solving methodologies such as Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), Deep Dive & various 6 sigma methodologies. Rudy has over 15 years working with Shingijutsu Consultants and learned the Toyota Way in a unique hands-on manner. A kaizen sensei with over 500 kaizen events/projects facilitation experience from the shop floor to the business processes, Rudy has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mapua University and MS in Quality Systems Management from National Graduate University.
