What are Lean Learning Paths?

Lean Learning Paths are a structured series of modules offered by GBMP Consulting Group. They are designed to progressively build your knowledge and skills in Lean methodologies. The paths consist of four levels: Lean Fundamentals, Lean Practitioner, Kaizen Event Leader, and Lean Leader.

Who are these courses for?

Lean Learning Paths are ideal for professionals at various stages of their Lean journey, from beginners looking to understand Lean fundamentals to experienced practitioners aiming to refine their leadership skills. Our badges of completion indicate your expertise, experience and dedication to Lean excellence.

Are there any prerequisites for enrolling in Lean Learning Paths?

There are no prerequisites for starting with Lean Fundamentals. However, each subsequent Learning Path requires the completion of the previous one to ensure you have the necessary foundational knowledge.

Can I take these courses independently?

Yes, if you're just looking for one workshop on a specific subject, you can see our schedule of events and register for those here. However, the five modules in each Learning Path are designed sequentially to ensure a cohesive and thorough learning experience. It is also more cost-effective.

How many modules are in each Lean Learning Path?

Each Lean Learning Path consists of five workshops, providing comprehensive training at each level.

Are the courses offered online or in person?

All courses are offered online via interactive Zoom workshops led by experienced Lean instructors.

I am an experienced Lean practitioner. Can I just take the exam to get a badge?

Yes. If you are an experienced Lean practitioner, you can pay for and take the exam to earn your badge for the first 2 Learning Paths without attending the courses.
